Our Methodology

We conduct a comprehensive review of an employer’s current benefit package, looking at the plan design, claims experience and funding models to ensure our potential and existing clients are receiving the maximum value for their premium dollars. Periodic reviews are scheduled quarterly or semi annually in order to monitor your services, administration satisfaction, and claims as it is key to our relationship.

  • The Benefit Centre can create a benefit plan that suits your company’s budget and can work to satisfy your specific benefit needs. This includes employee benefit contributions amounts, if applicable. We recognize that each company has very different needs and criteria for their benefit plan. We will help you determine what plan brings the most value to your company, as well as to the lives of your employees.

  • We recognize that implementing a benefit plan can be complex. We’ll work with you every step of the way to ensure that the integration of your plan is as seamless as possible. Once your benefit plan is in force, we will work closely with your administrative staff to educate them on how to make claims, as well as how to add or delete plan members. Each carrier provides professional customer service to your group plan and to your employees.

  • Once your group plan has been in place for three months, we will review your plan. We will analyze your specific plan and determine if you are over on some coverages or not using others. These reviews are completed every quarter and your company will receive a detailed explanation on the plans usage. These reviews help to ensure that there are no surprises come renewal time. You will be notified prior to your group renewal date and we will meet to review the plan together. Based on this review and analysis, we will make adjustments.
